Designed in Germany 26 with the environment in mind and using the LEGEND Guaranteed best fit, this cap provides all the warmth and softness of a natural textile but with a superior durability seldom found in other fabrics. The fabric is also grown more sustainably than cotton, giving the environment a win, too. Hemp fabric for headwear doesn’t wear out, it wears in!

Q. Is there a min quantity I have to order?
A. For orders with a logo, the min is 10 hats. For plain hats, there is no minimum.
Q. Can I mix sizes/colours to make up my order?
A. No problem. You can even mix different styles. As long as the logo is the same, you’re good to go.
Q. What file type do I need to supply?
A. Large clear size files .jpg, .gif. or .pdf is usually fine. For printing, .ai, .pdf vector files are best. We can have your existing files converted to the correct format if needed.
Q. What is the maximum logo size I can have?
A. For standard & locally produced orders the max width is 100-110mm across the front, and 50-55mm high. Some variations occur depending on the item and the logo.
For offshore custom orders, everything is made from scratch, so there is pretty much no limit to what you can do.
Q. What if I want 250 hats, or more, or have a special requirement?
A. Contact us for info on production time, costs and any advice on custom orders like this.
Q. What is your turnaround time?
