There is no minimum order for locally embroidered and DTF hats and caps. You can mix styles, colours and sizes as long as the same logo is applied to all pieces. For screen printing the minimum is 25 pieces. There is no minimum for plain blank hats.

2D embroidery is stitched flat onto the fabric for a clean, classic, durable finish. 3D puff embroidery is stitched over a foam insert, creating a raised, tactile, three-dimensional logo. 3D puff is best for bold, block-style logos — fine detail does not translate well to 3D.
