Orders are placed on a per order basis with our supplier & are subject to availability. If a colour/size is out of stock, we will advise you asap.
Plain Orders (no logo): Dispatched usually within 2-3 days, however please allow up to 5-7 business days.
New Orders: Sample/Proof: 4-5 working days. Full production following approval: approx 2-4 weeks.
Repeat Orders: Embroidery: 1-2 weeks; Print: 2-3 weeks; Badges: 3-4 weeks.
Full Custom Flexfit/Yupoong Orders: Up to 4-5 months (ex Yupoong factory).

Q. Is there a min quantity I have to order?
A. For orders with a logo, the min is 10 hats. For plain hats, there is no minimum.

Q. Can I mix sizes/colours to make up my order?
A. No problem. You can even mix different styles. As long as the logo is the same, you're good to go.

Q. What file type do I need to supply?
A. Large clear size files .jpg, .gif. or .pdf is usually fine. For printing, .ai, .pdf vector files are best. We can have your existing files converted to the correct format if needed.

Q. What is the maximum logo size I can have?
A. For standard & locally produced orders the max width is 100-110mm across the front, and 50-55mm high. Some variations occur depending on the item and the logo. For offshore custom orders, everything is made from scratch, so there is pretty much no limit to what you can do.

Q. What if I want 250 hats, or more, or have a special requirement?
A. Contact us for info on production time, costs and any advice on custom orders like this.
