We've been using Hats Online for a few years now. They are easy to deal with and I have found the hats and labelling to be high quality.

The team were really helpful and responsive including making changes when we requested and kept us informed every step of the way. They even took the time to call to make sure we had intended to buy kids hats. Great quality product on arrival also. Will purchase again in the future.

I had a week deadline, to have 40x hats made embroidered and then delivered to me in Perth! - Every Perth company I contacted could not meet this deadline, at first I was weary that they would make it in time as we are in different states, however Hats Online met my deadline! The hats looked great, and my bosses were extremely happy! I dealt with Lisa, who was great at communicating and keeping me updated along the short way :) In future, I'll definitely be using them again. I don't usually write reviews but this company deserves it!

These guys are hands down the best of the best. I have personally ordered of them for years with hats for footy club ,school, invitational girls league and women's events. So professional and helpful.speedy delivery with tip top help if required. You will regret using anyone else.

We have been using "Grace Collection", AH150, caps for nearly 18 years as they are superior at staying on our heads whilst at sea. Stability and comfort at the same time. Our customers love them too as we sell many at our Marine booking office. The velcro back is a must and the airey fabric is great in our sub tropical climate.

Very swift and easy to deal with

Would have been 5 stars but when I ordered before Xmas they informed me they were on break and would not complete my order until after the 11th of January. While I’m not mad that they had a break I’m am disappointed that I was only informed AFTER i had completed my order. I needed a hat for the Xmas break.

Our judo club did embroidered caps for our members as an end of year present. The service and delivery time was excellent, the hats are great quality and our members are happy to wear them.
