How long will a custom hat order take from HatsOnline?

Plain hats are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Custom embroidered hats take approximately 2 weeks. Flexfit/Yupoong: 4-5 days sample then 1-2 weeks production. Legend/Atlantis/Grace Collection: 3-4 days sample then 2-3 weeks. Rush orders available on 1300 428 766.

What is the minimum order for custom hats in Australia?

No minimum for plain blank hats, DTF or standard embroidered hats. Minimum 10 pieces for 3D embroidery and badge embroidery (can mix styles, colours and sizes). Minimum 25 pieces for screen printing. HatsOnline has supplied custom hats across Australia since 2005.

How much do custom embroidered hats cost in Australia?

Yes. Fully custom (indent) hat manufacturing available — specify fabric, panels, closure, brim, colour, lining and label. Minimum 200 pieces, 10-12 weeks lead time including physical sample approval.

What logo file formats do you accept for custom hat orders?

For embroidery: any clear image including JPEG and PNG is sufficient. For screen printing: vector files (.AI, .EPS or high-resolution .PDF). For DTF: high-resolution .PNG or .TIFF at 300dpi. Professional logo redraw service available for approximately $50.

Can I pick up my order from HatsOnline?

Terrible experience, communication and design. Have used them a 2nd time to organise hats for our business. The 1st time we used them the hat embroidery came back not sharp which I questioned them on and they said it’s fine, on the 2nd order we went for a different style of hat and sent them the exact look we want with the wording, layout. After paying for this order 5 weeks ago the proofs that have came back are getting further away from what we asked for and have shown them we want. They organise a sample to be printed which is not great and then ask for us to confirm the order and or pay for more samples which they can’t guarantee will be right. They have an overseas based team and correspondence with the designers is poor. Same emails requests on a number of occasions and no significant changes. End up cancelling the order and losing a few hundred dollars.1st photo the logo that was not sharp2nd photo of what we asked them for and supplied them3rd and 4th photo what they sent us for approval.

Hats are great, service terrible. Every time i have ordered (3 times) they have been out of stock of one or two items and taken weeks to get them delivered. i get stock from the US quicker than this place.

Really great service - I was able to collect a last-minute Christmas present at short notice. David was helpful, and the product (a brown bucket hat, which I was unable to find elsewhere) was good quality and as described.

I had a week deadline, to have 40x hats made embroidered and then delivered to me in Perth! - Every Perth company I contacted could not meet this deadline, at first I was weary that they would make it in time as we are in different states, however Hats Online met my deadline! We have been using "Grace Collection", AH150, caps for nearly 18 years as they are superior at staying on our heads whilst at sea. Stability and comfort at the same time. Our customers love them too as we sell many at our Marine booking office. The velcro back is a must and the airey fabric is great in our sub tropical climate.
