I had a week deadline, to have 40x hats made embroidered and then delivered to me in Perth! - Every Perth company I contacted could not meet this deadline, at first I was weary that they would make it in time as we are in different states, however Hats Online met my deadline! We have been using "Grace Collection", AH150, caps for nearly 18 years as they are superior at staying on our heads whilst at sea. Stability and comfort at the same time. Our customers love them too as we sell many at our Marine booking office. The velcro back is a must and the airey fabric is great in our sub tropical climate.

Would have been 5 stars but when I ordered before Xmas they informed me they were on break and would not complete my order until after the 11th of January. While I’m not mad that they had a break I’m am disappointed that I was only informed AFTER i had completed my order. I needed a hat for the Xmas break.

Our judo club did embroidered caps for our members as an end of year present. The service and delivery time was excellent, the hats are great quality and our members are happy to wear them.
