Really great service - I was able to collect a last-minute Christmas present at short notice. David was helpful, and the product (a brown bucket hat, which I was unable to find elsewhere) was good quality and as described.

From when I created an account with Hats Online in April 2025 to when I received by bulk order, 3 weeks later, the Sales, to Payment to Delivery was seamless and pleasant. I have tried a few "hat" Suppliers in Brisbane, and some had given me really bad service but with Hats Online, I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had a week deadline, to have 40x hats made embroidered and then delivered to me in Perth! - Every Perth company I contacted could not meet this deadline, at first I was weary that they would make it in time as we are in different states, however Hats Online met my deadline! The hats looked great, and my bosses were extremely happy! I dealt with Lisa, who was great at communicating and keeping me updated along the short way :) In future, I'll definitely be using them again. We have been using "Grace Collection", AH150, caps for nearly 18 years as they are superior at staying on our heads whilst at sea. Stability and comfort at the same time. Our customers love them too as we sell many at our Marine booking office. The velcro back is a must and the airey fabric is great in our sub tropical climate.
